That’s right….I’m stock-piling parts for my new lift and they are starting to pile up pretty good. Here’s what I have so far:

Mopar Nutstrips with plenty of bolts
Dana 44 Heavy Duty Cover
C-ROK Steering Box Frame Plates
M.O.R.E. Steering Box Brace
JKS Front Top Shock Conversion
Rubicon Express 1.25″ Greasable Lift Shackles
JKS Quicker Disconnects

…and don’t forget that Dana 44 sitting downstairs

Plus this stuff is all on order:

C4x4 Tapered Front Winch Bumper
Rubicon Express 4.5″ Coil Springs
Rubicon Express Front/Rear Stainless Steel Extended Brake Lines

…and tomorrow I am ordering my new leaf springs.

I’m still waiting to get other parts before I can install most of these

Axle shafts pulled

A little more progress on the Dana 44 axle today.

Thanks to a slide hammer and axle puller attachment, I got the axle shafts out today and then pounded off the drum brakes (I got new ones coming):

The axle is upside down because I painted the bottom today

Started on the Dana 44

Some progress on tearing apart the Dana 44 axle today:

got the axle to the garage

heavy duty D44 cover (it’s about 3 times as thick as the cover i took off the D44 from the factory)

cover popped (was hoping to get lucky and find a trak-loc, but it’s just an open carrier. at least everything looks good inside)
