Before heading home today, we headed a little south of Silverton and took the quick loop on Old Lime Creek Road. The stone workings along the road were added by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in the 1930’s.

After checking out the view over Silverton from Kendall Mountain, I took this photo on our way back down into Kendall Gulch. Kendall Peak and the Titusville Mine are straight ahead.
