Today’s letter is J. Of course I had to use the Jeep logo on the front of my JK for that particular letter. I used a wide aperture on my 50mm lens and focussed on the J so that it would be the only letter in focus.

Jubilee

Amanda got a new bike today. After dinner we put it together and then went on a four mile ride around the neighborhood together. Here’s her new Motobecane Jubilee in front of our garage.

Toady

While out mowing our lawn this evening, I spotted the toad that seems to live in our backyard for the first time this year. Amanda named him Toady. I stopped the lawnmower and grabbed my camera. He’s pretty quick, but got stopped by our fence, so I was able to get pretty close. Yes, he is covered in grass clippings from the lawnmower……he waited too long to start moving and almost got run over….luckily I spotted him in time.
