Comb Wash Camp

Here’s a photo I took of our tent in Comb Wash shortly after sunset. I shined a flashlight on the tent during the exposure and like how it turned out nice and bright, while the Cottonwood behind is still a silhouette. The dark blue of the sky is also nice, with a few stars showing up, too.

Another Lizard

After work I headed up to the Colorado national Monument to hike the Corkscrew Loop. I had taken a bunch of wildflower pictures along the way, but shortly before reaching my Jeep again, I spotted this guy on a rock and he let me get pretty close. It’s not as colorful as the last one I took a photo of, but I like this picture.

Brick Stripe

Just a simple picture today. I’ve been looking around the parking garage across the street from my work the last few days for photo opportunities and this simple red stripe built into the brick wall caught my eye.

30-365 | Day 105

Alphabet Game: P

A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

This is my first installment of the Alphabet Game, which is going to be a new side project within my 30-365 project to keep me occupied. The premise of this game is that I am going to try and take a photo of each letter in the alphabet. I will be making the letter of each one I find bold below the photos, so that I can keep track of which one’s I have already found. I am not going to head out looking for certain letters each day, I will just take photos when I come across them. I will also not necessarily be doing a letter each and every day for the next 26 days; these will probably be spread out throughout the rest of my project.

Enough of the details of this game, I’m kicking it off with the letter P, which is located on the parking garage across from my office.

Stairs

I took this one in the parking garage across from my work and liked the way it looked. Since there was barely any color in the photo to begin with, I converted it to black & white.
